As (semi) usual this morning I brought my dollar and a quarter to get my diet coke. Much to my shgrin writen on black sharpie over the machine was $1.40.

2. $1.40. Who the he’ll has 1.40 in their pocket?!?!?!?! Why not $1.50 that’s much easier. Silly useless price and 1.40 for a Diet Coke? EAT ME!
I was requested by a fantastic fan to do a little review of Pink’s last album so here it is 
1. So What- Pink definitely doesn’t show too much pain and emotion from her semi-recent break up with her husband (which apparently is back on, but we shall see). She claims it isnt an “FU” to her ex which isn’t quite believeable until he appeared in the video for the song. What I love about this song is that it really brings out the fun sing-a-long song that Pink is capable of that will stick in your head for hours at a time.
2. Sober-Proof that life can move on past the demise of love. Catchy pop songs that have a message and throw in some actual non fakey emotion always fall into my thumbs up category.
3. I Don’t Believe You- Now here’s the break-up ballad we were all expecting post break-up. The most surprising part of this song is that it actually shows off Pink’s vocal abilities. She’s mastered the fun party song market but this is definitely a beautiful ballad, one I definitely wouldn’t expect from Pink. +Continue Reading
So I realize that drastic measures had to be taken to “help” out AIG as their collapse really would have effected a lot more than just their company. The “American Way” has its own flaws just like any other system. Businesses go belly up all the time and nothing is done to help them stabilize. The reasoning? Usually bad business management. So everyone is calling Kelly Clarkson’s latest album ‘All I Ever Wanted’ her comeback, because THANK GOD we moved along from the “crap” that was her last album ‘My December.’ I may be in the minority on this one, and frankly I don’t care, but I thought ‘My December’ was quite an amazing album– are all the songs on it AMAZING, no… We’re many of them single worthy, no… But ‘My December’ was definitely an album that had some pretty noteworthy songs on it that were really superior to some of the songs on ‘Breakaway’ and completely embarrass ‘Thankful.” +Continue Reading
